Part II: Exhibit Space Prices
  Exhibit space is available in multiples of 8’ x 10’ booth units. The charge per booth for exhibit space is $1000. Each booth rented entitles the exhibiting company to ONE complimentary registration for exhibitors, plus necessary amenities such as table, draping, chair & wastebasket.  Additional equipment such as electricity, internet, etc, may be available at additional cost to exhibitor.

  NOTE: To secure exhibit space, full payment and a description of products and services are required. Please complete the credit card information below and a brief (50 words or less) description of the products and services you plan to exhibit. Space will not be assigned without both full payment, the below description, and approval by AAAP.  Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Cancellation Policy

Before September 1, 2008: Exhibitors withdrawing or canceling an application on or before September 1, 2008 will forfeit 10% of the total cost of all exhibit space assigned.

Before October 22, 2008: Exhibitors canceling after September 1, 2008, but on or before October 22, 2008, will forfeit 50% of the total cost of exhibit space assigned.

On or after October 23, 2008: Exhibitors canceling on or after October 23, 2008, will forfeit 100% of the total cost of the exhibit space assigned.

All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAAP office to be official.
