SPACE ASSIGNMENT AND FEES

     Exhibit space will be available in 8’ x 10’ table top units. The charge per unit is $1000.

     

      Each unit fee includes the following:

            • One conference registration

            • One eight foot skirted table, one side chair, and one wastebasket

            • Complimentary listing in the Conference Program (Exhibitors must have paid no later than October 1, 2009

                in order to ensure placement in the Conference Program)

            • Participant Lists will be provided Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, 

                 first-served basis.

      

Request to exhibit requires a completed application, full payment, 

a description of products and services, and review by AAAP staff.
