ASSIGNMENT AND FEES
Exhibit
space will be available in 8’ x 10’ table top units. The charge per unit is $1000.
Each unit fee includes the following:

registration
• One eight foot
skirted table, one side chair, and one wastebasket

paid no later than October 1, 2009
in order to ensure placement in the Conference Program)
