Submissions
The AAAP News welcomes article submissions.
Submissions help keep members excited about AAAP
activities, let members know what is going on with
your committee, area or special project, and
discuss concerns and ideas regarding addictions.
Possible
topics include DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for
substance related disorders, case management,
third party payers, ethics, utility of research
and activities of committees or areas.
In
addition, you may prefer to submit an article to
be featured as the insert in the AAAP News. These
articles should be four pages in length,
single-spaced. Your submission may appear in a
future issue, since there is only one insert per
issue of the newsletter.
Please
send submissions to newsletter@aaap.org.
Inserts
AAAP News inserts are a great resource for
information on current research and issues in
addiction psychiatry. Members are encouraged to
copy and distribute Newsletter Inserts.
As
of the Spring 2000 issue, AAAP News inserts are
available in .pdf format. This format enables you
to view and print the Newsletter Insert just as it
appears in the newsletter. You will need Adobe
Acrobat Reader to view and print the form. For
more information about .pdf files or to download
Adobe Acrobat Reader, please visit the Computer
Resources Page.
