Welcome to the PGY-V Area of the AAAP Web site. This area was established to pull together resources from the PGY-V Curriculum Project. The functions of the site are:

	to distribute updated curriculum materials, e.g. bibliographies and slide presentations on the major topic areas required for the didactic component of ACGME-accredited addiction psychiatry training programs
	to provide information about the field of addiction psychiatry

The content of the site is directed to:

	benefit psychiatry residency training programs
	benefit medical student training
	benefit training programs in other primary care disciplines
	complement the static data at the AAAP Web site
