Requirements to Participate in PGY-V Activities

The PGY-V Committee meets twice annually. Only AAAP members can be members. However, the committee offers a listserv for those interested in communication about the PGY-V level of addiction psychiatry training. We also offer a Web site, which includes helpful bibliographies and resources for PGY-V residents and PGY-V program directors.

PGY-V Committee Membership

Only active AAAP members may be a member of this committee. If you are not an active AAAP member, but you would like to become one, please call AAAP at 202-393-4484 or online form. You may also apply online for AAAP membership. If you are an AAAP member, but you are not a member of this committee and you would like to join, please also call or e-mail AAAP or complete the PGY-V Committee Survey.

You may also be a member of this committee if you are a PGY-V resident and your program director is an AAAP member. However, we strongly suggest joining AAAP. Reduced memberships for residents are available. Call the AAAP office at 913-262-6161 for more information.

PGY-V Listserv

By participating in the PGY-V listserv, you will be able to e-mail colleagues about PGY-V addiction psychiatry training.

If you would like to join the listserv, please complete the PGY-V Committee Survey.
