The American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry (AAAP) invites you to exhibit at our 2024 Annual Meeting and Scientific Symposium in Naples, Florida. As one of the most informative conferences on addictions in the country, AAAP’ s annual meeting provides the latest scientific clinical innovations and emerging treatments for all healthcare professionals who treat patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring psychiatric disorders.

Exhibitor opportunities are available for eligible companies as defined by ACCME.
Tabletop Exhibit - $2,500
- One 6-foot skirted tabletop - no larger due to space limitations.
- One representative (additional reps are to register separately).
- Two chairs and one trash receptacle.
- Complimentary listing in the conference program when payment in full is received by September 15, 2024.
- Advertisement on the AAAP Wall during the conference.
Literature Display — $ 750
Provides an opportunity to display pamphlets, flyers, magazines, and any other free materials. Materials will be displayed at the start of the conference and left out until supplies are exhausted. This is not designed for book sales or for other promotional sales. Literature displays alone do not include complimentary registration to the Annual Meeting. If you would like to attend the Annual Meeting, you must register as an attendee.

- AAAP does not accept organizations/companies that sell products and services on site.
- AAAP does not provide exhibitors with an attendee list.
- AAAP does not provide exhibit floorplans to exhibitors in advance of the meeting.
- Exhibitor area will not be open for exhibitors to setup until November 14, at 7 am.

No commercial promotional materials shall be displayed or distributed in the same room immediately before, during, or after an educational activity certified for credit takes place.
Representatives of commercial companies may attend an educational activity, but they may not engage in sales activities while in the room where the educational activity takes place.
AAAP expects all participants, including attendees, vendors, and staff, to conduct themselves in a professional manner that is welcoming to all participants. Participants should treat each other with mutual respect, well-being, and collegiality. All individuals agree to conduct themselves in a manner appropriate for healthcare professionals.
Participants will avoid any inappropriate actions or statements based on individual characteristics such as age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, nationality, political affiliation, ability status, educational background, or any other characteristic protected by law. Disruptive or harassing behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
If an individual believes that this policy has been violated or breached, they shall notify AAAP’s CEO to address the situation. AAAP reserves the right to remove meeting access for any individual violating this policy and will not be provided a refund.
By registering for this meeting, you agree to abide by the Code of Conduct Policy as described above.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing no later than October 1, 2024, and will be reimbursed by 50%. Reimbursements will not be granted after October 1, 2024. Please note that this is due to space and food numbers already being sent to the hotel.
All boxes and packages are received through the hotel’s shipping and receiving department, which can be contacted at 239.450.1512. Packages should arrive at the hotel no more than 5 days prior to the guest or group's arrival (November 9, 2024).
**A storage fee of $5 per item per day or $75 per pallet will be incurred for every package arriving earlier than the 5-day guideline.
